Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within **2–5 business days** of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Blue Moon Whispers is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
1. Check with neighbors or anyone at your address
1. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at bluemoonwhispers2024@gmail.com . We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
