Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our handcrafted herbal products, **all sales are generally final**. However, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, leaking, or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item was significantly not as described
To be eligible, you must contact us **within 14 days of delivery**.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all customers, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened tinctures or extracts
- Opened salves, balms, or topicals
- Items showing signs of use
- Items not in their original condition or packaging

Resolution Options
We prefer to make things right through:
- **Store credit** — applied to your Blue Moon Whispers account for use on a future order
- **Exchange** — a replacement of the same or equivalent item, subject to availability
Refunds to the original payment method are offered at our discretion for cases where store credit or exchange is not a suitable resolution.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
We encourage all customers to review our full ingredient lists before purchasing. We are not able to accept returns or issue refunds due to personal sensitivities or allergic reactions.
